Machine Minder

We're recruiting for a Machine Minders to join a well-established manufacturing business in North Manchester. This is a hands on role focused on keeping production lines running efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

What you'll be doing

• Operate and monitor machinery to meet production targets
• Carry out basic maintenance (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, set ups)
• Perform minor repairs and part changes
• Record machine performance using CMMS
• Assist with changeovers and continuous improvement activities
• Work closely with maintenance and production teams

What you'll need

• Experience in a fast paced manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Basic mechanical knowledge and fault finding ability
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Team player with good communication skills
• A great attitude to work and the desire to grow your career
