Machine Maintenance Operative

We're looking for a hands on Maintenance Operative to support the day to day upkeep of our machinery, equipment, and facilities across our Albrighton site.

Working as part of a small team, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, supporting both routine and reactive maintenance activities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs on production machinery and equipment
• Assist with reactive maintenance and breakdowns
• Maintain and service small plant and tools (e.g. strimmers, hedge cutters, leaf blowers, diesel engines and basic electrics)
• Complete general facilities maintenance across the site

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance experience in a production, manufacturing, or facilities environment
• Mechanically minded with a willingness to learn
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Awareness of health and safety practices
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
• Good problem solving skills
