M365 Engineer

Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)

Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus up to 10%

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced M365 Engineer to join a growing technology team in a fully remote role. This position is ideal for someone with strong, hands-on experience across the Microsoft 365 technology stack, who enjoys working with modern tools and helping organisations get the most out of their Microsoft investment.
You'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimising M365 solutions, with exposure to some of Microsoft's latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support solutions across the Microsoft 365 stack.
• Work with modern Microsoft tools including Autopilot, Copilot, and the Power Platform.
• Support migrations, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of M365 environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement.

• Considerable hands-on experience across Microsoft 365 (eg Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
• Experience with Autopilot, Copilot, and/or Power Platform is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• An IT or Business-related degree with a 2:1 or 1st.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
