M365 Change Implementation Lead

Five Guys, a family run burger restaurant, is building a PMO to deliver technology and business change. The Implementation Manager will own end to end rollouts, create guidance and training, run sessions and measure adoption across Microsoft 365 tools.

This practical role requires hands on delivery, strong stakeholder collaboration and a track record of delivering change with tangible adoption outcomes.
