What you'll need to succeed
  • 3-5+ years' experience in a commercial, estimating, or QS role
  • Background working with an M&E contractor or specialist subcontractor
  • Experience reviewing M&E packages, ideally including fire protection, sprinkler systems, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (essential)
  • Good understanding of cost control, valuations, and commercial reporting
  • Strong numerical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Office 365
What you'll get in return

The successful candidate will be remunerated with a competitive salary, ongoing training and development and opportunities for career progression.
