M&E Clerk of Works: Field Inspector & Quality Lead

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a field-based Clerk of Works to cover projects from Bristol up to Birmingham. You will inspect workmanship, quality and safety on a varied portfolio of construction sites and report clearly to surveyors and clients.

Working alongside project teams, you will attend meetings, perform regular site inspections across the Midlands, and maintain accurate records, photos, and quality documentation to support project handover and delivery.
