M&A TSA Delivery Lead: Tech Transition & Exit

TechTree seeks a Technology TSA Lead to establish the operational framework for mobilising TSAs and delivering critical services to the acquirer during a 24-36 month transition. The role will manage governance, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting cadences between RemainCo and the Acquirer, ensuring Day 1 readiness and robust cost management.

You'll oversee end-to-end service delivery, monitor performance, and mitigate commercial exposure while coordinating with Finance Partners.
