M&A Origination Financial Analyst

Vesta Software Group is seeking a Financial Analyst - Originations to provide rigorous financial screening and modelling across its software portfolio. The role collaborates with Portfolio Managers, supports the Finance Director, and prioritises opportunities within the UK and Ireland market.

The successful candidate will build acquisition models from scratch, analyse recurring revenue, retention, and gross margin, and contribute to Investment Committee materials and due diligence workstreams.
