About Our Client 
My client is a corporate finance boutique, who due to growth are expanding their team. They operate in the mid-market, and most deals are typically with Private Equity or PE backed businesses.
Job Description- Lead and manage end-to-end M&A processes.
- Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare and present comprehensive pitch decks and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Identify potential acquisition targets and assess strategic fit.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with external parties.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on M&A opportunities.
A successful M&A Manager should have:
- Have an ACA/ ACCA qualification
- Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
- Experience in managing complex transactions and negotiations.
- A proven ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and ethics.
