Angove Partners seeks an M&A lawyer to join a London-based team underwriting W&I insurance for transactions. You will run the insurance transactional process, working with private equity firms, corporates, lawyers and insurers.

You will review, negotiate and draft policy wordings, endorsements and coverage provisions, while advising underwriters on risk and interpretation. Strong communication is essential.
