Position OverviewAs an M&A Analyst or Associate, you'll work closely with senior professionals to support deal origination, valuation, and execution. You'll be involved in every stage of the transaction process-from market research and pitchbook creation to client meetings and investor negotiations. Education:
- Master's degree from a top-tier university
- Strong quantitative background and financial acumen
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance
- Background in investment banking, M&A advisory, Big Four accounting firms, strategy consulting, or corporate strategy at a global company
- Proven track record of deal involvement and client interaction
