Position Overview

As an M&A Analyst or Associate, you'll work closely with senior professionals to support deal origination, valuation, and execution. You'll be involved in every stage of the transaction process-from market research and pitchbook creation to client meetings and investor negotiations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research within specialized industrial subsectors
• Assist in business development initiatives and strategic outreach
• Prepare pitchbooks, information memorandums, and management presentations
• Apply valuation techniques including DCF, LBO, and multiple analyses
• Support transaction execution and liaise with clients, investors, and advisors
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education:

• Master's degree from a top-tier university
• Strong quantitative background and financial acumen
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance
• Background in investment banking, M&A advisory, Big Four accounting firms, strategy consulting, or corporate strategy at a global company
• Proven track record of deal involvement and client interaction
