About the Opportunity

The key purpose of the M&A Advisor is to manage Flippa's high-value deals and expand our European sales function by tapping into a worldwide network of entrepreneurs.

This position is based remotely in our key markets (Germany, Italy, UK, and Netherlands), with a preference for the London area, and reports to Flippa's Director of Sales in London, England. The role involves working with a small, growing team as we expand in the EU.

As an M&A Advisor, you will:

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify new opportunities, source qualified sellers, and position the platform for successful exits.
  • Relationship Management: Build trust with buyers and strategic stakeholders through consistent communication.
  • Marketing & Sales Enablement: Develop marketing materials, support proposal presentations, and negotiate transaction terms.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Use tools like HubSpot to track and manage leads and opportunities.
  • Advisory Services: Support sellers and buyers throughout the transaction process, providing guidance and strategic advice.
  • Valuation & Financial Analysis: Conduct valuation analyses based on client-provided financials and market benchmarks.
  • Legal Document Coordination: Manage and share legal documents, ensuring smooth transaction workflows.
  • Post-Sale & Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback to improve future processes.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

What you bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in M&A, enterprise sales, relationship management, or real estate.
  • Fluency in English and Italian and/or German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in business analysis and process improvement is valued.
  • Knowledge of the small business or platform economy is advantageous.
