Luxury Shipboard Guest Relations Lead

Silversea is seeking an experienced Front Desk/Reception Supervisor for shipboard service with our luxury cruise line. You will lead the front office team, ensure guests receive personalized service, and coordinate with the Hotel Director and other departments aboard the ship.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of shipboard experience in international luxury settings, fluent English, and strong leadership and training skills. Knowledge of Fidelio and hotel systems is a plus.
