As a Luxury Sales Associate at their Harrods location, you will be the face of a global brand, delivering exceptional customer service and personalised shopping experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. You will have a passion for luxury retail and an in-depth understanding of the unique qualities of our products. Your role will involve building relationships with customers, maintaining the store's aesthetic, and contributing to the store's overall success.



Key Responsibilities:


- Provide a world-class shopping experience by engaging with customers in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner.


- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.


- Demonstrate detailed product knowledge, including the craftsmanship, materials, and design features of our leather goods.


- Assist clients in making purchasing decisions by offering product recommendations and styling advice.


- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by effectively utilizing selling techniques.


- Maintain store visual standards and merchandising to reflect brand guidelines and ensure a luxury environment.


- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.


- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, fostering a positive shopping experience.


- Participate in store events, promotions, and clienteling initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.


- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to luxury retail.



Qualifications:


- Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a high-end customer service environment is essential.


- Strong understanding of and passion for luxury brands, fashion, and leather goods.


- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.


- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.


- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining store presentation.


- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and adapt to changing schedules based on business needs.


- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
