Luxury Rooftop Floor Manager

Florattica is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead the floor team at our premium rooftop bar in London. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, leading by example and maintaining luxury standards across all guest interactions.

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, superb communication, and a passion for premium hospitality, cocktails and guest experiences, with at least 2 years in a similar supervisory role.
