Job Description

Nobu Hospitality is seeking a Reservations Manager (Maternity Cover) for Nobu Hotel London Portman Square to lead the Reservations team, maximise occupancy and revenue, and ensure guest interactions reflect Nobu's standards.

The 12-month maternity cover starts late November 2026; you will work closely with the Director of Revenue, oversee day-to-day operations, monitor booking patterns, train staff and promote cross-selling across hotel services.
