Luxury Pastry Head Chef - Fine Dining, London

Raffles London is seeking a Pastry Head Chef for Mauro Colagreco restaurant to lead the day-to-day pastry operation, create desserts, and maintain quality and plating standards. The role reports to the Head Chef and collaborates with the Corporate Pastry Chef on recipes and seasonal menus.
