Luxury Pastry Chef de Partie - Five-Star Hotel

The Rubens at the Palace, a luxury hotel in London, is seeking a talented Chef de Partie - Pastry to join our culinary team. This full-time role reports to the Executive Head Chef and requires prior pastry experience in four- or five-star environments.

You will set up and run the pastry section, prepare desserts for à la carte and banqueting, and contribute to the hotel's renowned hospitality and service standards.
