Luxury Hotel Restaurant Manager - Live-In + Share of Tronc

Paramount Personnel is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the flagship dining experience of a luxury hotel in Truro. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role from a fine dining background.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, recruiting and training staff, and building relationships with guests. A driving licence is beneficial, though live-in accommodation is available. Salary is £38k with additional benefits.
