Luxury Hotel Operations Leader (Rooms, F&B & Spa)

Cliff at Lyons, a luxury countryside retreat just outside Dublin, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Food & Beverage, Accommodation, Spa and Front Office. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive service standards, maximise revenue and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic luxury environment.

The ideal candidate has prior senior hotel operations experience, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining
