Luxury Hotel Chef de Partie High-Volume, 5-Star Dining

Corinthia London is seeking a Chef de Partie for our Colleague Restaurant to manage the full operation of the staff dining kitchen under the Executive Chef. This hands-on role covers all aspects of food preparation, cooking and service in a high-volume luxury environment.

You will uphold high standards, maintain stock control, ordering and waste management, and ensure food safety with HACCP and COSHH compliance while collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional meals and service.
