Luxury Hospitality Talent Acquisition Lead

Grantley Hall is seeking a Recruitment & Resourcing Coordinator to attract, engage and hire talent across the business. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to monitoring applications and offering candidates job offers.

You will proactively develop talent pipelines, build relationships with schools, colleges and external organisations, and identify innovative ways to attract hospitality talent.
