Luxury Hospitality Operations Leader (Multi-Property)

Marine & Lawn is seeking a Head of Operations to join our senior leadership team and oversee the operational performance of a growing portfolio of luxury hotels across the UK.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive guest excellence, optimise Food & Beverage, and partner with General Managers to deliver strong EBITDA and guest satisfaction. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with a focus on improving performance across multiple properties.
