The Macallan apprenticeship at the Distillery offers hands-on experience with our luxury guest services teams. Trainees work toward SVQ in Hospitality Services and Retail Skills while rotating through experience areas to learn brand values and deliver world-class service.

You will develop product knowledge, guest relations, and operational skills while supporting stock management and day-to-day hospitality tasks in a premium environment.
