Luxury Guest Services Concierge (Front Desk)

Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, part of the Exclusive Collection, is a luxury hotel known for its elegance and exceptional hospitality. We are seeking a Guest Services Assistant to deliver warm, attentive service and create memorable first and last impressions for our guests.

As part of the front of house team, you will welcome guests, provide information, handle enquiries, assist with luggage and parking, and collaborate with Housekeeping and F&B to ensure a seamless stay.
