InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Relations Manager for the Manchester Deansgate Hotel, a flagship property preparing for a brand transition to IHG by 2027. The role focuses on delivering personalised luxury experiences, building relationships with VIP guests, and coordinating across Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B teams.
