Luxury Front Desk Concierge Guest Experience Lead

Cheval Collection is recruiting a Receptionist for our luxury serviced apartments at Cheval Knightsbridge. You will manage the arrival/departure experience and assist with apartment inductions, guest queries, and payments, ensuring a high level of service throughout the stay.

You will run front-office duties end-to-end, including admin, handling inquiries, and assisting with luggage transfers, while upholding guest safety and security across our Knightsbridge residences.
