Luxury F&B Lead: Café, Lounge & Breakfast

Aethos is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the Café, Members Lounge, and Breakfast operations. This hands-on role requires delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, and developing the front-of-house team on the floor with warmth and personalised service.

You will oversee service flow, table management, and cleanliness, while ensuring food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing compliance across all guest-facing areas in a luxury hotel environment.
