Luxury Customer Experience Associate Design & Service

RH in Reading seeks a Customer Experience Associate to deliver a luxury, design-led service. You will remove obstacles, provide support, and are empowered to do the right thing to ensure every guest leaves delighted.

Requirements include 1+ years in luxury retail customer service, fluent Italian and English, and exceptional communication. Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS, Salesforce and Microsoft Office is preferred; ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
