Luxury Concierge and Customer Experience Advisor

Orlebar Brown is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Concierge) to be the frontline ambassador for our luxury brand in Fitzrovia, London. You will manage client enquiries across email, phone, and socials, delivering personalised guidance and exceptional service consistent with the OB lifestyle.
