Luxury Concession Manager

We're looking for an experienced Concession Manager to lead a luxury retail concession in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven manager who thrives in a luxury environment, loves building high performing teams, and knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience while exceeding sales targets.

What You'll Do

• Lead, inspire, and develop a talented retail team.
• Drive sales performance and exceed commercial targets.
• Deliver outstanding luxury customer experiences.
• Build strong relationships with host store partners.
• Ensure exceptional operational, stock, and visual merchandising standards.
• Champion CRM, clienteling, and customer loyalty initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' retail management experience.
• Luxury, premium, or high end retail background preferred.
• Proven track record of driving sales and team performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Passion for delivering world class customer service.
• Additional language skills are a bonus.
