Luxury Club Reception Lead - Member Experience Champion

Third Space is expanding its luxury health clubs in London and seeks a Club Reception Manager for Battersea. You will oversee the Front of House, work with the Operations Manager and lead the Front of House team to deliver exceptional service for our members.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, personalising member interactions, modeling professional behaviour, resolving member queries, and handling duty manager duties to maintain service standards across the club.
