Luxury Client Advisor - In-Store & After-Sales Concierge

RIMOWA GmbH is opening its first store in Manchester Exchange and is seeking Client Advisors. You will deliver luxury consultations, foster long-term client relationships and contribute to a premium in-store experience.

Fluent Italian and English are required; additional languages are a plus. You will engage with international customers, participate in extensive product and repair training, and act as a trusted point of contact for after-sales topics.
