Luxury Breakfast Operations Lead

The Grace in Westport, Co. Mayo, Ireland is seeking a Breakfast Manager to oversee the hotel's breakfast operation and lead the luxury service team.

You will drive guest satisfaction, maintain high standards, and coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office and Housekeeping to deliver a seamless experience. You will manage staffing, train and motivate the team, ensure food safety compliance, and continually improve service quality to meet guest expectations in a premium setting.
