Luxury Bars Manager: Lead Multi-Outlets & Creative Menus

Kimpton Fitzroy London is seeking an experienced Bars Manager to lead multiple luxury bar outlets in a historic Bloomsbury hotel. You will drive guest experiences, create standout beverage programs and mentor high-performing teams to achieve service excellence and commercial success.

You will oversee Fitz's bar, the Parlour, Summer Terrace, Lobby and Snug, shaping menus and training while collaborating with Events, Kitchen and FoH to deliver premium experiences.
