The Trustees are seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor.

To help us bring this vision to life, we are seeking a caring, energetic, and proactive Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team.
You will play a key role in shaping children's play experiences. You'll help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where pupils can explore, collaborate, take risks, and thrive outdoors.
Responsibilities- Supporting and championing the school's OPAL play vision every day.
- Encouraging positive, imaginative, and inclusive play across all age groups.
- Supervising children during lunchtime, both indoors and outdoors.
- Helping to set up, manage, and tidy away play resources and zones.
- Promoting independence, problem solving, and social skills through play.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils while allowing for healthy risk taking.
- Modelling positive behaviour and supporting children in resolving minor conflicts.
- Working collaboratively with the wider staff team to continually improve play provision.
