Lunchtime First Aider

Are you calm, caring and passionate about supporting children's wellbeing? Oasis Academy Warndon is looking for a dedicated Lunchtime First Aider to help keep our pupils safe, supported, and cared for during the busy lunchtime period. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role at the heart of our warm and inclusive school community.

About the Role

As our Lunchtime First Aider, you will:

- Be stationed in our first aid room during lunchtime, ready to support pupils who feel unwell or have minor injuries.

- Provide immediate, effective and reassuring first aid care in line with training and school procedures.

- Record all incidents accurately and communicate with staff or parents when needed.

- Ensure pupils feel safe, calm and supported while receiving care.

- Maintain up to date first aid and safeguarding knowledge through ongoing training.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, can remain calm under pressure, and wants to make a positive daily impact in our academy.
