Duties and Tasks

• Welcoming the guests to the hotel in a professional manner, making an all-important first connection, extending a warm welcome, and assisting guests as required.
• Ensuring the forecourt/lobby is kept clean & tidy at all times in accordance with hotel standards.
• Providing a smooth arrival and departure experience including rooming and delivering luggage.
• Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities.

Schedule

Available working hours will vary each week and can range anywhere from 0 to 40 hours.

You enjoy hands on work in a fast paced environment and are comfortable lifting and handling luggage of various sizes. With a professional, positive attitude, you help guests feel welcomed from the moment they arrive. You're punctual, organised, and take pride in representing the team with courtesy and care.
