The Opportunity As an LTO (License to Operate) Partner in Medical Information , you are the guardian of high standards. You ensure that healthcare professionals and patients receive tailored, transparent, and scientifically accurate information at the point of need.You will act as a critical link, translating global requirements into customer-centric solutions that comply with all applicable laws and industry codes (ABPI, MHRA, PIPA). Your Impact: Scientific Excellence: Respond to complex medical enquiries from HCPs and patients, sourcing accurate data from literature and internal systems and networks. Agile Collaboration: Work within self-managed, multi-skilled teams to deliver "Foundational" work while ruthlessly prioritizing activities that add the most value to our North Star. Systems Thinking: Use your leadership to influence processes, ensuring compliance with GVP (Good Pharmacovigilance Practices) and maintaining a gold-standard service. VACC Leadership: Increasingly demonstrate the roles of Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach to support your colleagues and the wider organization. Who You Are You are a courageously authentic thinker. You don't just have the technical "know-how"-you have the "growth mindset" to thrive in a decentralized, empowered environment. The Essentials: Educational Foundation: A degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, or Pharmacy is required. Industry Expertise: Previous experience in Medical Information, Pharmacy, or the Pharmaceutical industry. Technical Rigor: Proven ability to source, summarize, and communicate complex medical data with keen attention to detail. Digital Fluency: Experience with call-desk and client management systems; ability to navigate and optimize digital automated channels while understanding governance guardrails. Compliance Mindset: A proactive approach to legal and ethical boundaries, with an in-depth understanding of industry codes and regulations. The "Extra Mile" (Senior/Lead Indicators): Expertise in solving complex MI issues that impact the wider business. Experience in mentoring and coaching others to create high-performing, agile teams.
