This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to make a meaningful difference to pupils with a range of SEND needs, including SEMH, trauma, and adversity.
Key Responsibilities-
Work under the direction of the SENCo, Senior Leadership Team, and teaching staff to deliver learning activities and interventions

Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, enabling access to learning and promoting independence

Build safe, trusting relationships and act as a positive role model

Support pupils' holistic development, including emotional, social, and life skills

Deliver bespoke intervention programmes and maintain accurate records of pupil progress

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school

GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths

Strong organisational skills, including record keeping and running interventions
Desirable:

Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs
