We are recruiting a part-time Learning Support Assistant to support a Reception pupil with additional needs.
About the role:This role focuses on early development, supporting a child as they begin their school journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 support during classroom activities
- Assist with play-based learning and exploration
- Support communication and social interaction
- Help manage routines and transitions
- Work closely with the EYFS team
- Nurturing and patient approach
- Interest in early years development
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible part-time hours available
