LSA - Full-Time - SEMH & Behaviour Support

We are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs.

About the role:

You will work closely with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support to access learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEMH needs
• Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
• Encourage engagement with learning activities
• Work alongside staff to implement behaviour strategies

Requirements:

• Resilient, calm, and patient
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Interest in behaviour and SEMH support
• Experience desirable but not essential

Working Hours:

• Full-time
• 8:30am - 3:30pm
