Our success is through Our People!We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated LRC Advisor to join our busy and professional Student Experience team.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, front-facing environment, supporting learners to access resources and information, and providing excellent customer service, this role could be for you.
You'll have strong communication skills, a positive and proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of learners, staff and visitors. Experience in a library, learning resource or customer-focused environment would be advantageous.

Your passion and enthusiasm will be underpinned by the experience, skills and understanding you bring including:
- Providing front of house support and acting as a first point of contact for student enquiries
- Delivering excellent customer service in a busy, student facing environment

This support role is subject to the College's Learner Safeguarding, Adults at Risk and Child Protection Policy and requires a commitment to promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
This position will involve occasional contact with students under the age of 18 within an educational establishment. Most duties do not fall within the definition of regulated activity, however the post is deemed to involve regulated activity with children. As such the post-holder will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including a check of the Children's Barred List, in line with the statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
The College may consider carrying out online searches as part of our due diligence on shortlisted candidates in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE).
