The Role

As Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while supporting both the clinical and front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing daily operations and ensuring the practice runs efficiently Leading, motivating, and supporting the wider team Delivering an exceptional patient journey from start to finish Supporting diary management and clinic flow Handling patient queries and resolving issues professionally Assisting with staff rotas, workflow, and general organisation Supporting dispensing and front-of-house duties where required Helping maintain the high standards and reputation of the practice This is a visible, hands-on management role where your input will genuinely make a difference.
