Lounge Chef de Partie: Elevate Airline Dining & Service

DO&CO is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our Heathrow Lounge kitchen. You will prepare and plate à la carte items with a focus on Halal requirements, while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety in a luxury lounge environment.

You will supervise junior kitchen staff, coordinate with service teams, and ensure portions meet client specifications. On-site dining and premium hospitality form the core of our operations.
