What you'll be doing

As aLounge Assistant/Bar Attendant, you'll provide a warm, professional, and high-quality service to guests in the lounge area. You'll ensure the environment is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked while delivering attentive support to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a personalised and high-standard service
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of the lounge at all times
• Prepare, serve, and replenish beverages throughout service periods
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests or queries
• Support with setting up and clearing down service areas efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and food hygiene regulations
• Assist in managing lounge stock levels and report supply needs
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and hospitality teams

Working pattern: 5 days over 7 - 5.30pm - 10:00pm

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided if needed)

• Flexible and reliable approach to shift work and changing priorities
