Long-Term Recruitment Coordinator - Automotive Ops

JAM Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment Administrator in Solihull to support inspection services across automotive sites. This temporary, ongoing role is full-time, 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £15-£16 per hour.

You will manage hiring needs, liaise with agencies, screen applicants and coordinate staff deployment to ensure smooth operations across sites. The ideal candidate is highly organised with strong communication skills and experience in recruitment systems.
