London Workplace Experience Lead

Jones Lang LaSalle's WE&O Experience Manager role is based on the client's London site on the outskirts of The City. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will lead workplace experience and service delivery, elevating the level of service for all building users.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing FM/Hospitality setting, strong communication and relationship skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
