London Studio Operations & Guest Experience Leader

Barry's is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the London St Paul's studio. You will partner with the GM to drive daily operations, client experience, and team performance.

This role is pivotal in delivering Barry's hospitality standards and building a high-performing, people-first culture in a vibrant fitness community. You will recruit, coach, and motivate the in-studio team, manage class flow and client touchpoints, and support local marketing campaigns to meet attendance targets.
