We're looking for a proven MPS Sales Leader who can step into a complex, high-impact role - protecting our core revenue while building the next generation of growth.

You will lead UK Corporate National Accounts and London New Business teams, with a clear mandate to build, reset and scale the London sales team, driving performance, and create a culture that delivers consistent, profitable results.

• Maintain and grow a significant UK corporate revenue base
• Build and lead a high-performing London sales team
• Drive growth through consultative and value led selling
• Own revenue, margin, forecasting, pipeline discipline and major negotiations
• Lead confidently through change, momentum and transformation

• A strong B2B sales leadership background within Managed Print Services (MPS)
• A proven track record of turning around, building and scaling sales teams
• Demonstrated success delivering revenue growth
